In Japan, when someone changes the genre of her fan art or shipping, she must change her account in order not to mess the newly-arrived info section of followers.

Also when she draws original things, she must separate account from the account for fan arts.

Some people say we must separate account into 'adult contents' and ‘wholesome’ or ‘yaoi’ and ‘not yaoi’.

But having new account is troublesome practice.

I will follow most of senpai at here.

So I decided I will stay this same account.

Thank you.

I said that, but please don’t be afraid of doing otaku activity in Japanese websites. They know their unwritten rules doesn’t work against all countries, and they will not expect nothing of you.

So this basically means you will no longer be drawing CreepyPasta?
Or will you be drawing both CP and other things and post them on this account? I'm a bit confused. :o

It depends on the mood of the time.
Do you by any chance have another account already?

Okay. :)

No, I only have one account on DeviantART. Managing more than one account is too stressful for me. I used to have 2 but I deactivated the other one years ago.

I also do have a Tumblr account under the same name as here and I am registered on Pixiv.
I do not post pictures on Pixiv though and on Tumblr I only reblog my own stuff (just a few pics) and fanart of other artists.

I see :) (Smile)
And you could draw anything except Jeff someday. But as long as you stay current account, someone may ask you to draw Jeff again.

When you consider how many fandoms there are and the variety of things people like it would be nuts to create one account for each fandom. XD
On Da it's completely normal that people have 1 account which they use to post ANYTHING they like. Some artists do have 2 accounts 8or more) sometimes though.
One they use to post fanart and OCs for example and the other one for commissions.

I find that okay but for me personally it's easier to have only 1 account. When people want me to draw a certain thing I will only do so when I'm in the mood.
It's my account and I can do whatever I like with it.

So if you decide that you will no longer be drawing CreepyPasta, that's fine. I would be sad since I am watching you for your CP art. I have no problem admitting that.
Of course I can't force you to keep on drawing CP art so I might unwatch you some day if the other things you draw do not interest me.
I don't see the point of watching someone when they only draw things I do not like or consider interesting enough.

You're really nice and I love your CP art but if you do no longer want to draw CP related stuff, I might unwatch you. It's not meant to be rude or something, I swear.
I've done this a couple of times when an artist stopped drawing fanart of certain fandoms I am into. I think it's pretty normal and I am sure other people do it the same way.
I am watching hundreds of people and I don't want to have to click away dozens of pictures each day just because I keep on watching artists that post only stuff I do not like. It's bothersome. I watch you and everyone else for a reason. As soon as that reason changes, I have no interest in following an artist's works anymore.

It has also happened that an artist completely changed their art style and I didn't like the new style so I unwatched them. I am always really unhappy when that happens but it's the artists's decision. That's why I make my own decisions and unfollow them. I think it's just fair.

So if I should one day no longer be into CreepyPasta and someone asks me to draw Jeff, I will probably say no and if that person is unhappy about my decision they are of course free to unwatch me as well. That's perfectly fine. :)
BUT I think since I am a HUGE horror fan, I will forever love CreepyPastas. :D

Thanks for your opinion.
I guess that is the reason why most of artists at here don't change their account.

You're welcome.

Yeah, it would be insane. Just imagine all the inactive accounts when someone leaves a fandom.

I think she's saying that a lot of Japanese artists have different accounts for SFW/NSFW or Traditional/Digital etc and that she isn't going to do that

Thank you for explanation.

Most of my watchers are not of mine, they’re fans of Creepypasta.

So normally I have to change my account when I draw other things. But I guess remaining in old account is allowed here.
